The tree is up!

He is so darn cute!

I think I spent a few hours working on my Christmas tree Saturday. It shouldn't take that long to put ornaments on a tree but it seemed like it took forever.

The Local CELEBRITY

While we were at Mr. Howard's house, Brother Stan, our pastor, stopped by with his son, Aaron. Aaron is a professional baseball player with the Colorada Rockies. It was great to see him and I was absolutely thrilled to get a picture of him with all of the kids. I was just mad that I didn't have a basball for him to sign. That is next on my agenda. His parents don't live very far from us of so I'm just going to have to ask them for a favor.

Thanksgiving Day -- Afternoon

My beautiful, beautiful children.
They have the most beautiful smiles!

Backyard ball at it's best!

Papaw Howard and Larsen

After we had eaten lunch at my grandmother's, visited for awhile and Larsen had finished her nap it was time to go to Kelly's grandfather's house and visit there. Mr. Howard was home from the nursing home. We were very glad to see him. It had been a couple of months since we had seen him. I was too full to eat anything but the kids at some dessert. They even got to play a game of backyard football.

Thanksgiving Day --Lunch

This is Larsen taking her post-meal nap. All three of the kids were a little tired.
Larsen started out in her highchair eating her Thanksgiving meal but she didn't stay there very long.

Larsen decided she needed to sit at the table with everybody else.
This is Larsen taking her pre-meal nap.
I was unable to eat all the little bites of the different foods I put on my plate. It was just too much.
What a buffet of food!
The bowl next to the rice contains one of my most favorite dishes. It is a crawfish soup that I love. I had asked my mother to make it for Thanksgiving.
These are all the sales papers.
I had Kelly go get a paper at about 7:00 am before they sold out. I wanted to make sure that I got to see all the sales papers.

We started our Thanksgiving Day by going to my grandmother's house for lunch. Larsen was asleep when we got there so she had a pre-meal nap. We were second to arrive so we had time for her to sleep while waiting for everyone else and the rest fo the food to arrive. There was a ton of food but I got off easy I only took a platter of chocolate cookies.

So Thankful

We are so thankful that Regina wasn't seriously hurt in the car accident. The pictures are horrible. It is really a miracle that they all survived and walked away from the accident.

Puppy Love

Cricket just wants to give Larsen some sugar.
Larsen tried to give Cricket some sugar.
Everybody loves Mama's bed...even the dogs.
This is the closest Larsen has ever been to one of our dogs.

Larsen will be two next month and she really hasn't developed a true love for our dogs. Its more like she tolerates them. Sometimes it seems as though she wants to play with them but then decides not to. Monday night I gave the dogs a bath and got Larsen to sit with them on the bed.
