Late Saturday night and early am Sunday morning a terrible thunderstorm came through Copiah county. We had 7 or 8 trees down around our house. Our power lines and phone lines were down on our driveway. There was a tree blocking our driveway. A neighbor came over on his tractor and helped Kelly move a tree that was across the driveway. Sunday afternoon the power company came and got our electricty back up. The phone company came on Tuesday. Sunday morning, Jimmy and Beth Dixon were so generous and brought us a generator to plug our deep freezes into so we wouldn't lose our meats.
